Adjusting our hours to match your activity - While our team normally works 7-days a week during this time of year, we have adjusted our core support hours. Our team will continue to be available for emergency support conditions on a 24/7 basis, but until there is increased activity our core support hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM Eastern (6:00 AM until 5:00 PM Pacific).
