At PrestoSports, we provide streaming services to hundreds of athletic programs around the world under the names Stretch Internet and StretchLive. If you are having trouble viewing a stream, you'll find a Help link on the right-hand side of the page. There you'll find a number of helpful answers to common issues. Can't find your team's game?

The best source for finding your team's game is to go their website or their opponent's website. You will typically find a link to the video or audio stream in the schedule, in their Fan Zone, or in the Media (Multimedia) section.

Why is there a charge on my card?

PrestoSports hosts over 1,400 athletic websites, video streaming portals and more, many of which have online camp registrations, event registrations, sell gear, sell tickets, host auctions and more. If you see PrestoSports on your Credit Card Statement, we provide Collegiate Video Streaming services and Youth Camp services throughout the United States and Canada.

If you are unsure what you ordered online, please search your email for an order confirmation from support@prestosports.com. After every purchase we send a confirmation email with the details of your order and the amount charged. If you are still unsure what the charge is for, please contact customer care and we will look up your order. Please have the amount and date of the charge on hand.
